Why the do Tall guys always date short girls?

I am short, myself. But why is it that all the time there will be like a 5ft girl, and a 6ft 5” boy? Doesn’t it getting annoying? I mean even with the tallest heels, the girl still looks so much shorter. Why do the tall guys and short girls always go together?
Then it just leaves those poor tall girls, with boys shorter then them.

    you see the tall boys can see right down the short girls shirts. and the poor short girls cant do anything about it.

    i know, i guess they prefer girls like tht. but i know i’m gettin taller every year. i feel bad for the really tall girls always looking for someone taller than them :(

    b-cuz they feel bigger and more domintation
    and also if a girl is his size its harder to pic her
    up && have fun with her

    because some men dont like dating girls the same height as them that way they can feel superior . It is an ego thing that is all it is .

    sometimes its because boys have a need to feel like they are a protector and when they are taller then their girlfriends then they feel like they can protect them and when they are way taller than them then i guess they feel like they can protect them much better……

    Usually it’s because when they are young. short girls are very cute, and guys dont realize short girls usually become fat as they get older. So we get them why we can.

    honestly i haven’t noticed that…….i just think most guys go out with girls who are shorter than they are because guys are just taller in general. but i haven’t noticed how most really tall guys go out with really short girls…

    I don’t think they date girls cause they’re short; I just think it’s a coincidence. Tall guys just happen to fall for girls, and they’re mostly short. Plus, a tall girl will look really short next to a guy who’s 6’5.

    I have been wondering this for years. Since I am a tall women. I’m 5’11 and I always see tall men with short girls. But that is possibly just their preference or just a coincidence. I have dated both short and tall guys. And it always comes down to the confidence a person has. I also think it might be that tall men are intimidated by tall women just as most people are. I am proud to say I love wearing heels! And my current bf of 3 years is 6’6 so I snagged a tall one!!

    I admit I am attracted to shorter girls because I feel more manly and protective of them but that’s not to say I don’t find girls my height (with heels on) attractive. If they are equally your height then they will look taller with heels on and to be honest, that would embarrass a lot of guys.

    And to be fair, most women I know prefer men taller than them. I don’t know any woman who would prefer men who are shorter than they are so it’s the same thing really.

    Everyone says that it’s because guys want short girlfriends. While that might be true, guys might also believe that girls don’t like dating guys who are shorter than them.
    As for the ego thing, a guy likes to feel like he can protect a girl. He doesn’t get this feeling when she’s taller than him.

    I love you and that last statement you made! Lol, why? Because I’m one of those poor tall girls =P. But actually, some guys just prefer shorter girls because their ‘cuter’ but there are some tall guys that do like tall girls.

    yeah i cant relate to this question cause every girl except 1 have been taller than my self but really size doesnt matter at all a 7 foot girl or guy could date a 4 foot guy or girl but then people at school or work would think your stupid cause the person your dateing it much much taller than you and also size doesnt matter all that matters is personality and qualitys that both the girl and the guy have and happyness
