   Usually they don’t like girls being taller..it would be waaay akward. It’s better if they’re shorter…..on the other hand….maybe if your still growing hes probably the one growing to …give him a little time to show you he can be tall!!

   Yeahh, some guys are pretty insensitive. Example, there is a girl in my grade who is also 6′1, and a couple days ago in math class, this boy Eric called her a “tree” cause she was so tall. She ran out of the room crying, like, immediately.

   I don’t know what to do about your (and her) issue. Just find the right guy who is also tall, I guess.

   i wish i was tall though. im 16 and im 5′0! and i look like im 12 lol. maybe you can lend me 5 inches haha then we’ll both be satisfied !

   Well guys like to be in control (ego!). And having a girl have to stare down on them, kinda makes them feel little and …less manly? I guess they’re more comfortable leaning down to kiss a girl instead of looking up. Same with girls, some of us dont really prefer short guys…

   i wish i knew. i’m 5′10″ and nobody dates me cause i’m too tall. but height is a very **** feature and we should be proud to have it!

   i think they like to look down at you. i know that may sound stupid, but tahts what my boyfriend said. and they like where short girls heads sit when they hug them.

   but they are a majority of guys out there that like tall girls im sure

    Greetings,

    Since I don’t see a post from a guy, I’ll be the representative. First off, every guy has his preference. Remember that most guys are visual driven creatures and the ladies are more emotional driven.
    Some guys feel that a tall girl undermines them. This attacks their selfish pride.
    Some guys just have an attraction for short girls. (Not all)
    Some guys do not mind at all that the ladies are taller. The reason they may not approach is because they’re not sure how to. They may also be too shy.
    I agree with a post that states that some boys are still in their growing years. They will eventually sprout.
    One thing is for sure, if you like someone, it’s okay to show it. There are a lot of us good guys out there and it’s a great feeling when a lady takes intrest in us and doesn’t mind showing it first, tall or not.

    im a guy and i can tell u, i like and prefer not too short and not tooo tall exeption for this short girl that i love….i dont know but i think that short girls are more sexier 4 me….sorry…

    Hello. I used to think I had to be taller than any guy I dated, boy was I wrong! I am so thankful I got past that. My husband is about two inches shorter than me. He is a wonderful man and he is confident in who he is so his being shorter than me doesn’t bother either one of us. I think when you are in your teens the height thing is more of a big deal then it is later on. I know this might now be of help to you right now, but hang on sweetie, your time’s coming, you’ll see! And, hey, one of these days, hopefully before too long, you will find a guy who is mature enough to date you even if you are taller than him.

    Many of my friends (guys) seem intimidated to approach taller girls. Fortunately, I’m not included:) I’m not very tall (around 5′10) and I generally find myself more attracted to tall girls, even taller than myself. Tough luck. It shouldn’t be too hard to find a guy like myself.

    High school is not the real world. You gotta remember that. Just because the idiots at your school are too biased to give you a chance, doesn’t mean the rest of the world’s like that. There are very tall guys looking for girls like you, and most guys with even an ounce of maturity don’t care at all about height. Yeah it ***** now, but don’t let it get you down. You’ll find lots of dates in the future.
