Comments on: where do you tall girls buy your jeans?

I’m 5’11″ and my inseam is 36″… so that means I can pretty much never shop in stores for jeans because none seem to carry that length. I know that J. Crew, Seven, Banana Republic, Gap, Delias, Alloy, Victoria’s Secret and J.C. Penney all have long/x-long lengths on their websites. Good luck! It’s a struggle being tall!

I had the same problem for years. I finally measured my inseam (35″) and now know exactly what to look for. There’s a great site called Search By Inseam that allows you to search multiple sellers for your exact inseam. You can also narrow your searches by brand and price range. It’s a huge time-saver for finding jeans that are finally long enough. Hope it helps!

Most girls above 5’8 that I know buy clothes for shorter, heavier girls and just let their legs hang out. I think it looks sexy, and it’ll make your legs look even longer.

Tall Clothing Mall has lots of women’s tall jeans. You are lucky that you are thin as you can wear some gorgeous designer jeans. If you know your inseam length, the pages are categorized by length.

Go to Wet Seal- they have cute jeans with short, regular, and long lengths available and start at a size 00 so it doesn’t matter how thin you are. They come in boot cut, flare and skinny styles. Also available on their website if you don’t have a store near you.

american eagle has jeans online that are available in X-long length. they’re cute too! if they’re too long you could just buy regular long ones.
