What kind of shoes should a tall girl wear in the evening?

I am 5 9″ and really struggle to find pretty, flat shoes to wear in the evening. My boyfriend is shorter than me as it is, so heels really aren’t an option I’d be really grateful if people could give me some advice on pretty shoes that AREN’T ballet pumps to wear with dresses in the evening.

   No problem if you don’t like to look tall then here are some pretty flats
