What is the “Empire waist” on a one-piece swimsuit?

I was reading this thing from this website talking about what swimsuits are good for what type of body, and it said under my body type that it’s good to wear “A plunging (but classy!) one-piece with an empire waist (right below the boobage, ****!)” (It’s for short people to give the illusion that they’re taller)

And I was wondering 2 things. 1: What’s the empire waist on a one piece.

And 2: Any1 know where I could find a swimsuit like that.

No monokinis!

    okay an empire waste is tighter under the bust line, to make you look longer, especialy if you are shorter, maybe you should look at some tankins, they have the empire waste, and the cover you like a one piece, well almost.
