Six Star Muscle Professional Strength Whey Protein?

tall babes
Icee asked:

On regular ***** u take 1 serving with a 4oz cold water. When you weight training says u take 2 serving 3 times daily. In 1 serving it has 25g of protein. I am weight training but my question is, Isn’t it too much protein to take? I think 150g of protein is a lot but i just wanna know if its alright for me to take that much. I’m 14 years old, weight 115lbs, and i’m 5’4 tall.

It is a lot.. and they know it too. They want you to drink more so you buy more. You think they care about you?? Ha. No chance. They care about your money. That’s it.

I love this: “Professional Strength” LOL… Whey Protein is Whey Protein. A gram of walmart Whey is the same as Six Star Whey. I mean, An apple is an apple… packaged or not.

Depending on your size, 60-80g of proteins are typical for an athletically active person. 100g would be about max the body will every absorb, and that’s for an adult. Anything above what’s needed is released. (you *** it out).

Proteins don’t stick around either..they are either needed, or not. They arent like carbs that store.

Also – proteins do NOT build muscles. Your Body does that. Proteins are needed by the body to do the job, but again, unless your muscles need repair, they will not build.

Otherwise everyone could have a daily protein shake and be ripped without doing a dang thing.

Great site. You’ll find everything you need on there. If you look for a link to their “forum”, there’s experts on there that you can ask questions for free.

At 14, too much man. Focus on whole food proteins minus the fillers and additives. Let nature take it’s course and disregard all the BS supps out there !
