i’m 6 foot tall and have always been very athletic. so I’m sure some of my weight comes from muscle. taking in to consideration i have DD’s and god blessed me with a little extra junk in my trunk it’s hard for me to tell. My ******* and buttocks stay almost the same size when i loose weight. i’ve been down to 170 when i was younger. i weigh 197 right now and i’m wondering if the is too much for someone my age and height.
i want to be like taylor swift.how much does she weight and is that a good weight for a tall girl.
I’m very athletic (running, skipping or cycling everyday/second day, play soccer and do martial arts) and my BMI is 22.3 or something. I’m not self concious about it, I’m just trying to figure out a healthy range and stay in that range. My shape is fairly straight – I don’t have large hips.
Who is very small boned, asian, and 16 years old? Would 90 be too light? 110 is too heavy, right?
I’m 17, 6 feet tall and wondering wat everyone think I should weight….. Plz don’t write things like 100 pounds because we all know tht it is nt possible
I mean what is considered as underweight, overweight etc.
If it was a middle aged woman who has that height would it make any difference?
On regular ***** u take 1 serving with a 4oz cold water. When you weight training says u take 2 serving 3 times daily. In 1 serving it has 25g of protein. I am weight training but my question is, Isn’t it too much protein to take? I think 150g of protein is a lot but i just wanna know if its alright for me to take that much. I’m 14 years old, weight 115lbs, and i’m 5’4 tall.
How do you feel when people make assumptions about you because you are tall but only wearing a size 4 or if you are short and wearing a size 8. Do you get fed up of the ignorance that people assume all short people are built a certain way and all tall people are built a certain way?
Like if you are tall and not at least a size 6, then you are deemed anorexic and if you are short and a size 8, people assume this is too big without any regard for build, body shape, fat distribution, muscle mass, etc.
I just find it really ignorant that people assume your body type is so dependant on height. There are short girls with wide hips and big bust and tall girls with narrow hips or small bust. Factors such as width of the pelvic region and bust size has very little if any relevance to height whatsoever.
Why is there this constant need to categorise people and make assumptions about them? How do you deal with such ignorance and start to feel good about your body size and shape?
But seeker, that is absurd. There are plenty of women wearing a size 8 or bigger due to wide hips or big *****….they have healthy body fat levels, healthy waist size aren’t in no way fat…..like I said it’s just plain ignorance.
